National Commission for Human Rights

The Republic of Rwanda's National Commission for Human Rights (CNDP) works under the mission of encouraging respect for human rights so that it is a second nature for Rwandans and their communities and through this promotion of respect, they seek to reinforce the Rwandan rule of law. Its partnership with CARE Rwanda is as a constitutional, independent and permanent national organ in charge of the promotion, protection and monitoring of the respect for human rights.
